Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.
Operating Hours: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has left our facility.

Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your products and your delivery location. We pass along a discounted rate off the carriers' standard rates. Your final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility: If you qualify for Free Shipping, please note that the minimum purchase amount is calculated based on the merchandise total after any transaction discounts or special promotions have been applied.

Tracking Information: We will email your tracking information within 48 hours of your order being placed.
USPS 1st Class Mail: Please be aware that some orders shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail may not include a tracking number.
