Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day period.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete all returns.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection & Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within standard banking processing times.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often standard processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@drinkclick.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, please email us at info@drinkclick.com and mail your item to the Returns Department address listed below.

6. Gifts

  • Direct Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Indirect Gifts: If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver's original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Transit Times: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Valuable Items: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
