Click-start a healthy, happy Thanksgiving season with our protein-packed, hot, pumpkin spice latte recipe knowing you are doing something good for yourself, one cup at a time! Purchase pumpkin spice from the grocery store or make your own with the recipe below. Remember, CLICK is one of the only protein packed drinks designed to be made warm and creamy!
4 oz. of non-fat milk
8 oz. of water
2 scoops of CLICK Vanilla Latte
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or blend
Pumpkin spice blend - (3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice and 1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves. Mix the spices together in a small bowl)
Squirt of sugar free whipped cream
Pour 4 oz. of non-fat milk into a shaker cup
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. Shake to blend spice with milk
Add 8 oz. of water to shaker cup, top with 2 scoops of CLICK, seal and shake
Pour into large microwave cup. Heat in microwave for one minute
Remove from microwave and stir with spoon. Add another 30 - 60 seconds if needed
Top with a squirt of sugar free whipped cream
