No need to hit up the coffee shop, just grab some pumpkin spice from the store or whip up your own with our recipe and add a scoop of CLICK protein powder.
So, indulge, relax, and take comfort in knowing you're treating yourself to something both delicious and nutritious.
4 oz. of non-fat milk
8 oz. of water
2 scoops of CLICK Vanilla Latte
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or blend
Pumpkin spice blend - (3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice and 1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves. Mix the spices together in a small bowl)
Squirt of sugar free whipped cream
Pour 4 oz. of non-fat milk into a shaker cup
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. Shake to blend spice with milk
Add 8 oz. of water to shaker cup, top with 2 scoops of CLICK, seal and shake
Pour into large microwave cup. Heat in microwave for one minute
Remove from microwave and stir with spoon. Add another 30 - 60 seconds if needed
Top with a squirt of sugar free whipped cream
