Craving the sweet taste of creamy caramel? Try this healthy-for-you, simple to make CLICK Caramel Overnight Oats recipe. This recipe is great for breakfast or even better, for lunch, when you're turning to CLICK twice a day as part of your weight-loss plan. Coffee plus protein plus the sweet taste of caramel, all-in-one!
1 Serving CLICK Coffee Protein Caramel (2 scoops)
1 cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup almond or non-fat milk
Caramel sauce for drizzle (optional)
Mix all ingredients except caramel sauce and apples in a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight or at least three hours
Stir the oats half-way through and add more milk or oats to reach desired consistency
Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top and add a handful of chopped apples
