The package's tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where the driver left the package. We ship with no signature required allowing the driver to leave the package a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.
If the tracking status indicates that the driver completed delivery, the package might have be with a neighbor, colleague, receptionist, or another resident at or near your location.
Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
All packages are shipped with tracking and it is important that the customer ensure there is someone available at the scheduled delivery date and time. CLICKco’s liability ends when carrier picks up product. We do not refund or resend orders for loss or damage due to the carriers negligence.
The rate charged is a discount rate off of the carriers Standard Rate based on the weight of your products, and your location. Customer accepts our shipping policy as all orders are delivered with No Signature Required and CLICKco is not responsible for the outcome of the delivery by the carrier. Before the final checkout page, the cost of shipping will be shown.
