Coffee Protein Recipe: Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1 serving (2 scoops) CLICK Caramel
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup light milk (or half water and half milk)
  • dash of pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • pinch of coarse ground sea salt


  1. Add the milk, canned pumpkin pure, pumpkin spice, salt to blender
  2. Blend until mixed
  3. Add serving of CLICK Caramel
  4. Blend until mixed
  5. Add ice and blend until you have a nice, thick consistency
  6. Pour into a glass
  7. Top with whip cream and a drizzle of caramel (optional)
