2 scoops CLICK Coffee Protein, Mocha Flavor
⅓ cup non-fat milk
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add milk, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until combined
In a separate bowl, add flour blend with CLICK powder, baking soda and sea salt. Mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until batter is smooth and no lumps remain.
Spoon the batter into the doughnut pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack to continue cooling.
Optional: Top with light glaze a (1 tbsp lemon and 2 tbsp sugar) and holiday sprinkles
