This healthy, fiber-filled recipe with coffee, protein and pumpkin, all-in-one is perfect as a pick-me-up breakfast or as an appetite-curbing afternoon snack. 1 serving (2 scoops) CLICK Vanilla Latte
1/3 cup pure pumpkin
1 cup light milk
½ frozen banana
dash of pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes
Add the milk, canned pumpkin pure, banana, pumpkin spice to blender
Blend until mixed
Add serving of CLICK Vanilla Latte
Blend until mixed
Add ice and blend until you have a nice, thick consistency
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin pie spice
