Girl Scout cookie season is in full force! With this thin mint cookie inspired smoothie recipe you can enjoy that ultimate cool mint chocolate cookie experience, guilt-free! With the added protein and energy boost from a double-shot of espresso coffee this recipe is a perfect way to energize your day for breakfast or as a mid-day snack.

CLICKamint aka Thin Mint

  • 8-10 ounces of Almond Milk, Milk, Soy Milk, or water
  • 2 scoops of CLICL Mocha
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cookie 
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. For added pleasure add a squirt of sugar free whipped cream and top with crumble cookie.
