Coffee Protein Recipe: Thin Mint Cookie Smoothie

Girl scout cookie season is in full force! With this thin mint cookie inspired smoothie recipe you can enjoy that ultimate cool mint chocolate cookie experience, guilt-free! With the added protein and energy boost from a double-shot of espresso coffee this recipe is a perfect way to energize your day for breakfast or as a mid-day snack.

CLICKamint aka Thin Mint

  • 8-10 ounces of Almond Milk, Milk, Soy Millk, or water
  • 2 scoops of CLICK Mocha
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cookie 
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. For added pleasure add a squirt of sugar free whipped cream and top with crumble cookie.
