Coffee Protein Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Bites

 Halloween often marks the beginning of holiday "treat" season. It's important to enjoy this special time of year. Holiday treats are certainly a part of that enjoyment. Luckily, with CLICK managing your calorie intake during the holidays doesn't have to be hard. These tasty easy to make, energizer bites will stave off your sugar craving while allowing the protein from CLICK and the fiber from the pure pumpkin to fill you up. Keep a batch on hand as your go-to holiday treat!

Ingredients (Serves: 16 Bites)

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats 
  • 3 scoops Click Vanilla Latte Protein Powder 
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkin 
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice 
  • 1/4 cup calorie free sweetener 1/2 cup if you like sweet 
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats for rolling

Directions 

  1. Add 1 1/2 cups oats, protein powders, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and sweetener in food processor 
  2. Process till smooth – you may need to stir between pulses
  3. Spoon out 16 balls and roll balls in oats to cover 
  4. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with a little more pumpkin spice if you wish 
  5. Place in fridge for at least a few hours to set
