January is National Oatmeal Month!  Mixed with CLICK Coffee Protein, overnight oats are the perfect breakfast or topped with apples (think caramel apple), can be enjoyed for lunch if you're turning to CLICK twice a day as part of your weight-loss plan. This easy-to-make CLICK recipe gives you better control over your appetite, keeps you energized and promotes fat-burning!  Not to mention, it tastes so good, you'll forget it's good for you too!

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 serving of CLICK Caramel (2 scoops)
  • 3/4 cup almond or non-fat milk
  • Caramel sauce for drizzle (optional)
  • Chopped apples (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients except caramel sauce and apples in a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight or at least three hours
  2. Stir the oats half-way through and add more milk or oats to reach desired consistency
  3. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top and add a handful of chopped apples
  4. Bonus: With CLICK, you can serve these oats warm or cold
