CLICK'n Blueberry Coconut Frappe

With coffee and protein all-in-one, boost your energy & get the healthy benefits of blueberries too! Blueberries are packed with vitamin C, fiber,  and antioxidants. This tasty, weight-loss friendly frappe is perfect as an all-in-one breakfast meal replacement or appetite curbing snack. 
  • 8 ounces of light coconut milk
  • 1 serving (2 scoops) of CLICK Vanilla Latte 
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (and purple). CLICK-a-licious!

May I offer a suggestion, please? Some people cannot digest the skin of blueberries (or seeds from strawberries) so straining the pureed fruit through a nut bag is a good idea. :) Great recipe!
