⭐️HOW TO DO A BURPEE⭐️
One of my favorite moves that you can do anywhere is a burpee. I include them in my program for my clients and they HATE them because they hurt so good. Burpees work your entire body and are a form of HIIT to burn stored fat.
TO DO A BURPEE:
Crouch down to the floor, putting your hands on the ground.
Kick both legs back. Optional: At this step you can do a push up to make your burpee harder.
Kick both legs back into your body and jump explosively up into the air.
Try doing 10 reps with 3 sets!
