Staying physically active can help reduce the damage and keep you fit. Don’t worry - it's no need to hit the gym first thing in the morning on Thanksgiving Day. Here are some tips on how to keep up your exercise routine without sacrificing fun:

Get Active

Go outdoors and make fitness a family adventure. Plan a competition or a game with prizes, play basketball, or enjoy an adventure-filled day.
