The scariest part of Halloween isn’t the ghoulish masks and the frightening costumes—it’s the candy! In fact, your kid’s trick-or-treat bag could have 4,800 calories, 3 cups of sugar, and 1.5 cups of fat, according to new stats from Loyola Medicine. (Gasp!) How many of you ravage through those bags to make sure everything is sealed before giving it to your unsuspecting children? Have they caught on to your ploy? How about two for you and one for me?! Can anyone relate? You think to yourself, I’ll just have one Reese’s and one Kit Kat and that’s it.
