Turnaround

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. CST. We ship from Dallas, TX. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is received.

We use the following carriers to deliver your order determined by your location and weight.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is calculated based on merchandise totals AFTER transaction discounts and special promotions.

Order Tracking

We will email your tracking information once your order has shipped. Often times we find carriers indicate a "delivered" status when actually it only has been delivered to the carrier's local service center. We advise waiting 1 - 2 day and then contacting your local service center if a package has not arrived.

Delivery

The package's tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where the driver left the package.  We ship with no signature required  allowing the driver to leave the package a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.

If the tracking status indicates that the driver completed delivery, the package might have be with a neighbor, colleague, receptionist, or another resident at  or near your location. 

Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.

All packages are shipped with tracking and it is important that the customer  ensure there is someone available at the scheduled delivery date and time.  CLICKco’s liability ends when carrier picks up product.  We do not refund or resend orders for loss or damage due to the carriers negligence. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged is a discount rate off of the carriers Standard Rate based on the weight of your products, and your location. Customer accepts our shipping policy as all orders are delivered with No Signature Required and CLICKco is not responsible for the outcome of the delivery by the carrier. Before the final checkout page, the cost of shipping will be shown.
