FAQ’s for CLICK

Q: Does CLICK contain real coffee or is it a coffee flavor?

A: CLICK is unique in that it contains real, gourmet espresso coffee.  Not coffee powder or flavorings that some protein products may contain.  All of the CLICK products are equivalent to a 12-14 ounce brewed coffee with 150 mg of caffeine.

Q: Can I use CLICK as a meal replacement?

A: CLICK can definitely be a meal replacement. Actually the only thing that keeps it from being a “true meal replacement” is the low 120 calories. So grab yourself a piece of fruit and you’re good to go.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently we ship to the continental U.S. only. There are several online retailers that carry CLICK and do ship internationally. See http://www.drinkclick.com/retailers for our International shippers.

Q: Where can I purchase CLICK?

A: Go to http://www.drinkclick.com/retailers for all the latest information on various locations. If your favorite store isn’t carrying CLICK make sure they know you’re not happy by giving them this letter: http://www.drinkclick.com/assets/files/StoreLetter.pdf

Q: Does CLICK come in a decaf?

A: As of March 15thm we have formumated a decaffeinated CLICK in mocha flavor and hope to have it available in May.  Join the CLICK Community on www.facebook.com/drinkclick for up to the minute news, giveaways and fun!

Q: What happed to the CLICK All Natural product line?

A: Due to lack of sales, we no longer produce the CLICK all-natural product line.  CLICK products are naturally flavored, colored, gluten-free and CLICK’s high quality protein is made from cows that are NOT treated with rBST.

For people who are sensitive to sucralose, CLICK contains a very small amount of sucralose ~ the entire canister of CLICK (12 to 14 servings) contains 1/5 of a teaspoon of sucralose which is less than a teaspoon for the entire canister.

To keep the sugar down but still provide the CLICK “Wow” taste, we use sucralose.  To get the same taste using sugar, it would take *6 teaspoons of sugar in each serving!  *Note, the American Heart Association recommends men limit added sugar to 9 tsp. per day and that women limit added sugar to 6 tsp. per day.

Q: Is CLICK gluten free?

A: CLICK is 100% gluten free. However, it is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, egg, wheat, sesame.

Q: How much caffeine is in CLICK?

A: Each serving of CLICK has about 12-14 oz. of brewed coffee or about 150 mg of natural caffeine per serving.

Q: Does heating CLICK diminish the quality of the protein?

A: There are not many protein shakes that you can heat that still retain their taste.  CLICK is just as good hot as it is cold or blended.   Heating CLICK does not change the protein compound.  You may get some physical changes (such as steam), but not chemical.  Therefore, the proteins do not break down.

The Calcium Casinate in CLICK is a soluble protein source that can easily withstand the heating process. Heating of the protein in CLICK under typical home-heating methods will not reduce the protein quality.
